The community is invited to visit Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts 7:30 p.m. July 11 to hear from local writers Max Ross and Katrina Vandenberg as part of this year’s Dirty Hands Reading Series.
During the past few years, Gina Little survived two life-threatening illnesses. Couple that with an empty nest, and a relocation that placed the Anoka woman hundreds of miles away from home and family, and you see how Little learned to cherish life’s every moment.
The Blaine Festival is an annual community celebration with weekend-long events for every member of the family. This year’s celebration will be held at Aquatore Park and showcases a wide variety of entertainment with something for every one. The weekend gala includes a carnival, craft show, magician, demonstrations & performances, food, and live bands to name a few.
