Anoka County recently opened the Coon Rapids Passport Center, located adjacent to the Coon Rapids License Center at 455 99th Ave. NW, Suite 100B, in Coon Rapids. This is the county’s second passport office; the first is located adjacent to the Blaine License Center, 10995 Club West Parkway, Suite 700B.

Fare For All, a local food program created to make fresh fruits and vegetables more affordable to Twin Cities families will be selling holiday packs for $30 at Christ Lutheran Church Thursday, Nov. 13, from 3-5 p.m. Each holiday pack includes an 8 to 12 pound turkey, a pork roast, boneless-skinless chicken breasts, a pork sausage roll, green beans and an apple pie. There is no need to register in advance.
