A Coon Rapids man who pleaded guilty in Anoka County District Court to two felony assault charges, one of them a felony, for an incident in Ramsey was put on probation for five years at sentencing Aug. 13 and jailed for 45 days with credit for three days served.
A Spring Lake Park man with a history of driving drunk was arrested again.
As part of a plea agreement, the Anoka County Attorney’s Office dropped its case against a Fridley man who allegedly stole a new U-Haul truck, valued at $27,000, from the store in Coon Rapids. The U-Haul has since been returned.
A man has had his felony burglary conviction in Anoka County District Court for an incident in Coon Rapids reversed by the Minnesota Court of Appeals and remanded for a new trial.
