A three-day 4-H summer program, Project Butterfly Wings, will be presented by the Anoka County 4-H program June 18, 25 and July 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bunker Hills Activities Center, 550 Bunker Lake Blvd. N.W. in Andover.
