A man had his felony burglary conviction for an incident in Coon Rapids dismissed by Anoka County District Court Aug. 29 after the jury verdict was reversed by the Minnesota Court of Appeals earlier in the month and remanded for a new trial.

A Blaine woman, who took out a credit card in the name of a vulnerable adult without his permission to make $1,484.54 worth of purchases at the Coon Rapids T.J. Maxx store, has been placed on probation for five years by Anoka County District Court after pleading guilty to one of two felony charges.
