An 18-year-old man is facing two felony charges for alleging arranging a robbery of a man trying to sell a cell phone through Craigslist.
A burglar alarm just after 7 a.m. Saturday, May 17 sent Coon Rapids Police to the Kelissa Shea store in Riverdale Crossing Shopping Center.

St. Francis schools and businesses were placed on a brief lockdown early Monday afternoon following an armed robbery at a St. Francis business. Nobody was injured in the hold-up, and the lockdowns were cleared once police felt confident that the suspect was no longer in the area.
