A history of the city of Blaine should be available to residents shortly after the first of next year, thanks to the efforts of some interested adults and a group of young people. Five students at Blaine Senior High, under the direction of English instructor Terry Nelson, are compiling a history as part of a special English project. They began shortly after school started in September, and expect to be finished by the end of the semester.
