Twenty year Andover resident, James Goodrich, is running for Andover City Council.
A decision will be made by the Coon Rapids Housing and Redevelopment Authority Tuesday, Sept. 16 on the future of Port Riverwalk, 31 acres of vacant, city-owned property south of Coon Rapids Boulevard between Egret Boulevard and Avocet Street.
Andover residents will now be assessed when a city street in front of their home gets an overlay.
An architecture firm is on board to finalize designs and construction documents for a new Ramsey Fire Station No. 2, but the final approval on constructing the station won’t come until next year.
The Anoka County Board Aug. 12 awarded a contract for the reconstruction of University Avenue (County State Aid Highway 51) from Northdale Boulevard/109th Avenue to just south of Main Street in Blaine and Coon Rapids.
