The St. Francis City Council on Monday, Oct. 6 authorized the city’s Economic Development Authority to transfer up to $35,000 from the city’s liquor store fund to hire HGA Architects and Engineers, Inc. to conduct a space needs analysis of a proposed recreational facility in St. Francis.
