Blaine eighth-grader Sarah Olson captured the Northwest Suburban Conference title over Spring Lake Park junior Erin Guse by 14 seconds Thursday afternoon. Olson won the conference championship race set at the Elk River Golf Course in 15 minutes, 4.9 seconds, which should boost her confidence going into the section meet.
