Nearly 80 members of the Blaine football program bagged groceries at Cub Foods in Blaine Dec. 21 to help raise money for Alexandra House. Bengals pictured above presented Alexandra House with a $3,200 donation Jan. 30 from money raised at the pre-Christmas fundraising event.
Blaine completed one of its best regular seasons going 19-3-2 overall and 18-2-1 en route to the Northwest Suburban Conference championship, after finishing the regular season with a 5-1 win over conference runner-up Centennial Feb. 1.
