Robert and Mary McDowell of Blaine are pleased to announce the wedding of their daughter Jillian, to Drew S. Davis, son of Terry and Barb Davis of Onalaska, Wi. The ceremony and reception took place September 5, 2009 at Minnetonka Orchards in Minnestrista. Jillian is a 2001 graduate of Blaine HS and a 2005 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She earned a Master’s degree in media/communications from the London School of Economics in 2006. She is employed by Carmichael Lynch Spong in Minneapolis. Drew is a 2002 graduate of Onalaska HS and a 2008 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He is employed by Stratsys. The couple honeymooned in Spain and now reside in Edina.

Tom and Kay Cloutier of Coon Rapids are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Laura Cloutier, to Gino Guyer, son of Pat and Tessi Guyer of Coleraine. Laura is a 2001 graduate of Coon Rapids HS and a 2005 graduate of St. Cloud State University, with a degree in Advertising. She is currently working for General Mills in Plymouth. Gino is a 2002 graduate of Greenway HS and a 2006 graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a degree in finance. He is currently playing professional hockey in the ECHL. Laura and Gino will be married on July 10th, 2010 at St. John the Baptist Church in Jordan.

Mark and Denise Dalske of Coon Rapids are announcing the engagement of their son, Chas, to Rose Springer of St. Louis Park, daughter of Hugh and Joni Springer of Burnsville. Chas is a 2001 graduate of Coon Rapids HS. He served in the U.S. Army and active combat in Iraq from 2001-2004. He is currently employed as a generator technician by Cummins NPower, LLC. Rose is a 2001 graduate of Trinity School at River Ridge and a 2005 graduate of St. Norbert College, DePere, WI. with a bachelor’s degree in education. An Oct. 10, 2009 wedding is planned at Church of St. Timothy, Blaine, MN. The new couple will reside in their new home in Linwood Township.

Mr. and Mrs. Grant and Anitrina Smith are approaching their first wedding anniversary. They were married at Northwestern Bible College in St. Paul on October 17th, 2008. Anitrina is the daughter of Teri Nagell of Ramsey and Joe Nagell of Ekalaka, MT. She is a 2005 graduate of Meadow Creek Christian School. She is employed with ISD #11 and ACR Homes. Anitrina is pursuing a teaching degree at SCSU. Grant is the son of Kevin and Colleen Smith of Ramsey. He graduated from Anoka HS in 2004 and SCSU in 2007. He is a police officer for the city of Maple Grove. The couple resides in Princeton.
