Getting your Certificate of Assumed Name published
Minnesota State Statute 333.01 requires publication of your recently filed Certificate of Assumed Name in a qualified legal newspaper. The Anoka County Union, Blaine/Spring Lake Park Life, and Coon Rapids Herald are official newspapers in Anoka County.
Before publishing your Certificate of Assumed Name you must first file with the Secretary of State and have the certificate stamped by the Secretary of State.
Cost is $75 (add $2.50 for each additional owner listed on the certificate). A notarized affidavit will be sent to you as proof of publication.
Provide a photocopy of your Certificate of Assumed Name with your check payable to ABC Newspapers. Here are three options for submitting your Certificate of Assumed Name for publication:

3. Stop by our office: 4101 Coon Rapids Blvd (8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Mon.- Fri.)
