Another vehicle was also broken into in a similar fashion in this area and had a laptop bag stolen from it, but only paperwork was in this bag.
The Blaine City Council April 3 unanimously approved bids for sealcoating and pavement markings work and authorized city staff to seek bids for some overlay and reconstruction projects that will all take place this year.
