The Blaine City Council on a 4-2 vote approved the 2013 budget and levy Dec. 20.
The Anoka City Council gave its final stamp of approval to the city’s financial plan for 2013.
The St. Francis City Council Monday unanimously adopted a final 2013 levy of $2,988,086, which reflects a 4 percent increase over the 2012 levy. This is a decrease from the originally proposed levy amount, which had called for a 7 percent increase over 2012.
The Ramsey City Council has approved its 2013 property tax levy that is 4.95 percent less than this year, while its 2013 budget will be 6.69 percent more than 2012.
