The Governor’s Civil War Commemoration Task Force, along with the Anoka County Historical Society, hosted a Civil War sesquicentennial event Sunday at Woodbury Park in St. Francis. It celebrated the historical battle of Chickamauga, Ga., that was fought Sept. 18-20, 1863.
