Wearing tutus and tiaras, dozens of little girls sparkled and sashayed in splendor during the Miss Coon Rapids Princess Party staged May 18 as part of Epiphany Catholic Church’s Springfest celebration.

 
The city councils of Andover and Coon Rapids and the Anoka County Board earlier this month approved a new dog park in Bunker Hills Regional Park. It will be open later this summer and will have separate areas for small and large dogs.
