Fire crews from Andover and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) spent about an hour on Sunday afternoon (April 1) putting out a grass fire that ultimately burned about 15 acres of Kelsey Round Lake Park, according to Andover Fire Chief Dan Winkel.
