The Anoka County Board July 22 awarded a contract for the reconstruction of a segment of Foley Boulevard in Coon Rapids from 101st Avenue to Egret Boulevard.
A Ramsey man, who fled police in his vehicle while driving drunk, was placed on probation by Anoka County District Court July 15 after pleading guilty to two charges, one of them a felony.
A concept plan for future development around the Foley Boulevard park and ride facility will be unveiled at an open house in the Coon Rapids City council chambers Tuesday, April 29, 4:30-6 p.m. There will be a presentation shortly after 4:30 p.m.
Anoka County has pushed back from 2015 to 2016 a project to reconstruct Foley Boulevard from Egret to Northdale boulevards in Coon Rapids.
