As July has brought us some nice weather, fireworks celebrations, family gatherings, grilling food and drinking beer, as well as many other fun outdoor activities, your golf game may have taken a back seat to summer.
One of the biggest concerns with the United States Golf Association (and golfers everywhere) is the issue of slow play. If you watched this year’s U.S. Open you probably saw the golf commercials starring various golf superstars with the catch phrase “while we’re young.”
When taking golf lessons we might expect dramatic results right away; if we don’t get these results sometime we abandon the practice and go back to what we were trying to change in the first place. I am asking you to stick with what you are working on; if the results don’t come overnight don’t be discouraged.
