Gov. Mark Dayton has signed a bonding bill that includes four local projects, with three being in Anoka County.
Staff at the National Sports Center in Blaine are feeling optimistic that in 2014 they will wrap up an excavation project that started 11 years ago and that they will receive state funding to break ground on an athletic fields expansion project.
