After facing each other as North Suburban Conference foes, St. Francis traveled to Spring Lake Park to open the 2014 volleyball season.
The St. Francis City Council Aug. 18 voted 4-1 to immediately place City Administrator Matt Hylen on paid administrative leave and to appoint Public Works Director Paul Teicher as the acting city administrator. Councilmember Tim Brown voted against both actions.
