The University of Minnesota Extension, Anoka County Master Gardener program is sponsoring the 2013 home landscaping and garden fair Saturday, April 13.
Results of a business retention and expansion study for which the city of Coon Rapids partnered with the University of Minnesota Extension Service and business leaders were unveiled last month at a retreat at Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
Extension service programs in Anoka County will continue under a renewal agreement with the University of Minnesota Extension Service approved by the Anoka County Board.
Anoka County Extension staff and Dollar Works volunteers will present a free Dollars into Sense class Tuesday, Sept. 18 at 10 a.m. at the Bunker Hills Activities Center, 550 Bunker Lake Blvd., Andover, and again at 7 p.m. at the Anoka County Human Services Center, 1201 89th Ave. N.E., Blaine.
