The Coon Rapids City Council Jan. 20 approved a settlement agreement between the city and 550 Associates LLP, the owners of Creekside Estates mobile home park in Coon Rapids.

The Creekside Estates owners went to court over $17,004.50 in assessments levied by the city primarily for administrative citation fees from city code violations relating to conditions of mobile homes and their yards.
