DFL’s Hoffman endorsed for a second State Senate term

Sen. John Hoffman

Sen. John Hoffman has been wholeheartedly endorsed by the DFL Senate District 36 leaders as the DFL senate candidate. Hoffman represented the communities of Champlin, Brooklyn Park and Coon Rapids during his first four-year term in the Minnesota State Senate, and has fought for millions in greater education spending, transportation funding and bonding project dollars to improve economic development, education and transportation across the region. Hoffman said he’s honored to serve his community and is looking forward to having the opportunity to serve another term at the capitol.

“The last four years have been such an incredibly rewarding experience for me. I’ve gotten to meet hundreds of community leaders and heard countless stories that continually surprise and inspire me,” Hoffman said. “I love working hard for the people in the northwest metro. We have so much to offer, and it’s been amazing to see projects get off the ground and new businesses open and roads get repaired and renovated – all thanks to projects I’ve helped champion at the capitol. What this experience as a legislator has taught me is that everyone’s voice matters.”
