East Bethel WWII veteran receives special honor

Ken Langmade, an East Bethel resident and World War II veteran, was recently awarded a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition by Rep. Tom Emmer during the Oct. 15 veterans resource fair in Monticello.

Langmade was recognized for his tireless volunteer work on behalf of Minnesota veterans through his involvement in the VFW, veterans affairs, helping those currently serving and volunteering in his own community.
