On Tuesday morning, April 9, the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office announced that it is investigating the deaths of three individuals after an incident at Rum River Central Park in Ramsey. 

ACSO identified the victims as Monticello residents Jessica Linette Frank, 33,  Solara Rea Frank, 9, and Laiken Lea Frank, 4, in an April 11 press release. However, according to Minnesota court records, Jessica had changed back to her maiden name, Holum, following her 2023 divorce.
