This week the first road construction project of the year for the city of Blaine kicked off. Tournament Players Parkway will be under construction until the middle of June.
The construction will be done in two phases. During the first phase, traffic will only be allowed to travel west and south from Radisson Road NE to 109th Avenue NE. During the second phase the travel route will switch directions.
