Neither a pandemic nor a recent move could slow down Granny’s Closet in Anoka — in fact, the nonprofit continues to find strong community support in its mission to serve elderly people and people with disabilities in Anoka and Sherburne counties.

“With what we try to do at Granny’s closet, the only thing that we don’t take is household decor,” Granny’s Closet President Wendy Dahlen said. “It’s about, ‘What do people really need to get through their day to day life?”
